Individuals may qualify for assistance once quarterly. Services are provided on a first come first serve basis. Applications are accepted from the 15th to the end of each month. Services are rendered on the 1st Friday of each month. If you are approved for services, you will be notified via email and telephone using the information provided in this application at which time a pickup location and time will be provided. If you are unable to receive services at the designated time and location, you will be disqualified and may reapply the following month.
